We are committed to delivering your order as quickly and safely as possible.
Processing Time
- Orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
- Custom or personalized products may require 3–5 business days before shipping.
- Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Shipping Times
Estimated delivery times:
- Canada: 5–7 business days
- United States: 8–10 business days
- International: 7–21 business days
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to weather, customs clearance, or carrier delays.
Shipping Costs
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.
We occasionally offer Free Shipping on qualifying orders during special promotions.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking number so you can monitor your package.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate before placing your order.
JME Canada is not responsible for packages shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
Return & Exchange Policy
Your satisfaction is our priority.
Standard Products
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.
Returned items must be:
- Unworn
- Unwashed
- In their original condition
- Free from stains, odors, or damage
- With original tags (if applicable)
Custom & Personalized Products
Because our products are printed on demand, customized or personalized items cannot be returned or exchanged unless:
- The item arrives damaged.
- The wrong item was received.
- There is a manufacturing or printing defect.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Please include:
- Your order number
- Photos of the item
- Photos of the packaging
Once verified, we will gladly provide a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.
Exchanges
We currently offer exchanges only for:
- Manufacturing defects
- Incorrect items shipped
- Damaged products upon arrival
If you ordered the wrong size, please contact us and we’ll do our best to help.
Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status.
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Lost or Delayed Packages
If your tracking information indicates your package is delayed or lost, please contact us.
We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
